Supports We Offer

Peer Support

Our trained peer supporters with lived experience of mental health challenges and recovery facilitate group support for members.

We meet every Sunday afternoon from 2.30 to 5.30 at Croí na Gaillimhe on Mill Street near the Garda station.  These sessions are facilitated by trained peer supporters.

People talk in turn about what is going on  for them in their recovery and we talk, share stories, listen and have tea.

It is a friendly and safe environment where everyone can meet, talk or just hang out.  We ask that people arrive either at 2.30pm or just before the break at 3.45 to join us for snacks or just after the break at 4.15.  This avoids disruption when someone is sharing their experience.

Everyone is welcome!
